Pros
Lots of walkins. Easy and fast tips. Helps you get comfortable doing men's cuts. Hourly pay. Not a very stressful job.
Cons
No set schedules makes it hard to have a life outside of work. Management is a complete joke. Ooh really can't build a serious clientele... Yeah they may keep returning to you while you work there but as soon as you go to a full service salon you'll lose them because of how cheap their haircuts are. Open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lots of screaming demon children. Lots of smelly old people.
