      Anyone is hired regardless if they are experienced or not.

      Cons

      It is a high production environment and breaks are frowned upon. Black and white dress code. Lack of communication. No growth potential. Low morale.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
