      Clientele is already there, they train well

      The pay is minimum wage which is disturbing after getting licensed in the profession but making McDonald's type pay. The manager is apparently all knowing and can't do wrong. Coworkers treat you like they have seniority and your their b****

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
