Pros

You live 30 minutes from the beach

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture with constant favoritism and chaos at the management level. Leadership often behaves erratically and unprofessionally, Creating an unstable environment where employees never know what to expect day to day. Decisions are inconsistent, accountability is nonexistent, and the focus is more on drama than on doing good business. It’s an exhausting, high-stress place where integrity and genuine hard work go unrecognized. Definitely not a healthy or sustainable workplace. There’s zero accountability, and employees are often blamed for leadership’s poor decisions. Morale is at an all-time low, turnover is constant, and most people are either looking to leave or completely burned out. You’ll find yourself doing multiple people’s jobs without recognition or support. It’s clear that professionalism, communication, and respect don’t exist here. If you care about your mental health, your career, or working somewhere that values honesty and stability — avoid this place at all costs.

Pros

Off Sunday is about it

Cons

Upper management was unrealistic. Every Monday morning meeting was all about how we failed as sales associates the prior week with zero ideas or theories on how we could have done better. It was hard sitting there hearing all the bad when you made 80k the month prior in commissions. They would also force you to sell junk that should have been wholesaled off when traded in. Shre it has such and such issues but sell it or else. And when the customer finds out later it is all your fault not theirs. And don't take the customers side or your gone. Plus zero growth moving from sales to anything else unless you are in the click. And lord help you if your customer brings their own financing to the table. They act like that is a mortal sin because they miss out on 2-7 points added APR profit.
