Pros
Stable company that follows the lead of other companies before rolling out new products. Lots of long term employees with minimal turnover.
Cons
Wages are below average, benefits are poor and office equipment is outdated. Minimal opportunities for advancement. Senior management has already told us that almost no one will get a pay raise this year but they will not address whether executive bonuses are also being reduced or frozen. They are not open to flexible work arrangements such as flex time or telecommuting. Senior management describes the workplace as a family but then treats us all like children. They also like to remind us that we're lucky to even have jobs. They stress shared sacrifice in this down economy even though the company has reported record earnings each of the last several quarters.
