Cons
So this is clean truth. Believe it or go and experience it. Here we go! 1) Before joining fancy pitches about career and growth would be made, but after you join you'll find yourself trapped in some baseless policies and manipulative excuses. 2) You better knoe your worth, market value of your skill, else they are more than happy to underpay you as low as they can 3) Growth? It's completely in your hand. Take care of yourself. They are just focused on their revenue charts, they'll gather all their super powers to extract maximum amount of work/dollars from you. 4) Be ready to donate your credits, people here love to eat that. 5) Strongly lacking leadership, even in the senior management. So what we can expect from following ones? They are just extensions. 6) You'll end up messing up in highly toxic conversations which'll suck your positive energy. 7) Ready to entertain unexpected excalations, people don't have such strong characters to take ownership of mistakes. They'd love to keep them safe and allegate it on someone else. 8) Junior position employees are scared to stand for anything going wrong, because they'll spoil your appraisal. They do spoil anyhow. 9) You give your life to the company, but you're valuable only till you're making them dollars. 10) Above points are summary of politically abused environment. - You'll lose peace here. You'll become the most umhappier version of you (if this job became a big role in your life) - Financially you'll never feel satisfied (Because, truly you'd be underpayed) - Getting into the company is easy, but you'll have to walk through a tough process to exit. People here are highly insecure - I wish there comes some great places to work, so that you don't have to waste your precious time & life in just poor environments. - Feeling really sad for those who are surviving in this hostile environment just to feed their families.
