Great benefits, good wages, and a lot of friendly employees.

The Juvenile Services Department within the county is a black mark. There is zero oversight from HR, poor communication and vision from administration, as well as strong-handed tactics and bullying when dealing with issues between employees. The base pay for a supervision officer is good, but the stress from the job itself, as well as from administration since the recent leadership changes is hardly worth it.
