GC is a great place for young, driven people to explore entrepreneurship. Great opportunity for those that didn't get a chance to go to college.

The payment structure is confusing. The hours are very long and it is definitely a grind, but some people are into that.

- Everyone is really positive and motivated -- unlike most workplaces. - One-on-one mentoring. - Opportunities to network with other "top leaders" (aka highly skilled sales reps) and successful managers at events/conferences. - Constant development of productive habits in business, self-mastering, sales, communication, and marketing. - Job experience is easily transferrable. - Days are spent OUT in the real world, not in a cubicle. - Weekly paychecks.

- It might look easy, but it's actually really hard and requires investing a lot of time and energy in order to do well...also, it's pretty important to have a car (get ready for car payments!). - Parking is hard to find in the morning -- thanks to all the construction going on nearby. - No solid benefits until you get into upper management.
