Hello - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Graylog Employee Review

If you are here - you are interested to know what it's like at Graylog. I've always been skeptical of these reviews as I wonder (like you do) if companies are pushing a narrative. I'll be transparent - who doesn't want to push a good narrative? But more than this, we constantly are listening to the vibe of our employees - at places like Glassdoor but also through direct conversation. I am always taking feedback and using that to make calls to improve our team's day-to-day disposition. You will hear me say this a lot: I believe in choice, and I'm proud our team members are making a choice to work here.
