Tried to buy an IT company and run it like a photocopier company. Culture clash drained all the value of the original company.

Whether you are in the office, on a client site, or working remotely, the culture is inclusive and welcoming. As the company is smaller, it feels like a family environment. This company is focused on community and considers Karma as part of its four quadrants. Philanthropy is something dear to my own heart and the attitude this company has for getting involved in the community is inspirational. The interview process had three levels to ensure a fit with the culture, with your potential team, and with those you may be working with. Throughout the interview process, there was a lot of positive feedback regarding the company and its direction. As I have now been with the company for five months now, I can understand the excitement about working with this company. They don't just claim to be different than all the rest; they are different. And in the best ways possible. I highly recommend working here!
