This environment is fast-paced and dynamic, making it a great fit for those who thrive on challenge and change—but it’s not ideal for someone looking for a predictable, routine job.

Beware working for this company. The expectations are insane, the company reorgs once a year & if you are not liked by someone friends with leadership they will remove you from the company. Instead of mediation, they are quick to ruin many careers over the last few years. They are very male driven & have very few women leaders in comparison to men. The slack culture is very toxic and responses are expected immediately, even after hours or on weekends. The company shifts product focus, positions, and leadership titles so frequently. The UK is largely favored over the US & they are treated very differently - this is well known across the company. They don’t operate like a US company & use at will against people like nothing.
