      Pros

      I started at Gravit-e Technologies fresh out of school and built the first 5+ years of my career with them. With such a wide variety of clients and projects, working for Gravit-e gave me an incredible breadth of knowledge in the industry and experience across the full stack of development. I had the opportunity to be involved in all stages of projects from prototyping and architecture to front and back end development and ongoing maintenance in production. I have recently moved on to a new venture but appreciate everything my time at Gravit-e has prepared me for in the industry.

      Pros

      Extremely nice people to work with and the CEO is extremely understanding and smart. You're forced to learn a lot at this company since it's quite small so it's a great place to start fresh out of school.

      Cons

      Level of direction for growth is very self-driven and there isn't much room to grow from a position/title perspective.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work at! Some highlights: - challenging but interesting work - lots of opportunities to learn more - coworkers are all very friendly - live comedy - free food

      Cons

      There weren't really any real downsides to working at Gravit-e as a dev imo. Sometimes the work involved some tasks outside of my comfort zone, like communicating with clients and using new programming languages (to clarify, management always double checked with me if I was okay with it too). But ultimately, this helped me grow and I appreciate it at the end.
