The entire team was very approachable and willing to teach. I was able to learn about the functions of the agency along with getting to work closely with the marketing team to develop client materials. The team is strategically planning ahead and is evolving in the industries it operates in.

Size can be a pro and a con. A pro because you get to work more closely with talented people and get to wear many hats. A con because of job security, as with any smaller agency it is vulnerable to changes in the pandemic and legislation given the industries it works in. The agency is taking visible action to diversify its portfolio and is at the forefront of national cannabis legalization efforts to ensure continued growth and success.
