      I get to work with a global team on a wide variety of relevant topics and business situations. It's a lean organization that allows us to interact with upper management to solve problems. And, feel good knowing that one of our core values is commitment to sustainability.

      Cons

      GPI has grown by acquisition, which leads to a multitude of operating models and silos, making it difficult, at times, to move projects forward.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
