      Been with the company 20 years and it’s been more pros than cons. I started out on the production floor as a general laborer but now manage 2 facilities as the HR Manager. There’s room for growth!

      Fast-paced which may not be good for people who are reserved.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
