      The work is steady and appears to be growing

      Cons

      No interest in employees. All feedback is negative, it seems that upper management feels employees must always be fearful for their jobs.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
