      Such a nice facility. Everyone you meet so nice and welcoming. As an intern, you will learn so much.

      You don’t have very much time to do what you want, unless you get out of school earlier

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
