Market leader for aggregation and wholesale of telecom

- Operations cant get things installed properly (Sales reps have to know how to sell, install, project manage, support, and help w billing) - Billing is always a mess - Collections is too aggressive with inaccurate info & will ask anybody for payment, including non related businesses and even the reps - Comp plan is adjusted each year, making 10-20% harder. This year they have made quota unattainable by many so that these reps quit, and they can trim headcount to a more cash friendly number... while still saying "we dont lay people off"
