Pros
Very charitable company, new gym, young people, good looking guys, free parking
Cons
Work starts at 8am and if you come in at 8:01 that means you are late and looked down upon as if you have just committed a felony. You are allowed two 10 minute breaks, but don't you even think about taking those breaks! Your lunch break is at 12noon and everyone runs down like loose dogs who haven't eaten in days because just like in high school you have to wait for the bell to ring so that you can eat and take your break. Even though you're an adult you still get treated like a child. Monday morning meetings are a time when senior management takes the opportunity to make fun of everyone lower than them and telling people that they will get left behind if they don't work harder for the new LOWERED commission rate. The cafeteria food is expensive and tastes like plastic. Some Premier reps are slow at understanding anything about their accounts and the projects they delegate to Premier support. The training is a joke and many of the account managers don't know how to explain things. Make sure you repeat after them exactly what they say to you and watch them tell you that you are wrong...Highly stressful environment as everyone who works there takes the job a little too seriously even though its a dead end with no opportunities for promotion. If you are hired for Premier all you will do is copy and paste...copy and paste...copy and paste from 8am-5pm. Good luck trying to stay awake and you better do because the COO does his ghostly walks around checking up on everyone making sure people are doing their homework.
