The uncapped commission structure allows for unlimited earnings potential. Barriers to entry for the position are minimal. Just need a drive to build up a book of business fast. Cons
The base salary never gets a market adjustment. The unlimited commission is the reasoning, but with inflation it just means you need to land more clients each year that can offset no annual raise. No real work from home flexibility offered.
