Pros

Good money and benefits for some

Cons

Everyday casual sexism, whether its intentional or unintentional (comments usually masqueraded as "jokes") Management do not uphold or align to the core values but expect the employees to live and breathe them Unsupportive environment from a mental health perspective (expected to get on with it and when you speak up little or no action is taken) Employee wellbeing is not treated as a priority Senior Management very out of touch with the culture and do very little about improving it Flexible working is strongly promoted however you are expected to work very long hours the majority of the time Erratic and toxic behaviour normalised

Pros

A real purpose driven organisation with substance behind it. Not your average high performing search firm, people in this business actually care about people, communities and the planet

Cons

It can be a high pressure environment but no more than any other business within this industry,

Pros

On ok environment to work in, does like to reward workers (nights out etc)

Cons

Nothing more than a typical recruitment company ran by some Jordan Belford wanna be that is focussed on profits not people and see people / staff as disposable items. Richard thinks he’s the dogs and any failing is always someone else’s issue. Wants to be liked but will fire you at the drop of a hat, but will protect his favourites even when they’ve been doing stuff they shouldn’t (as long as they’re making money)

Granger Reis Response

I do not recognise the company described above. We are anything but a typical recruitment business. We are purpose led and everyone in the business, including our CEO Richard is held to account against these. We run an employee NPS every 6 months and this currently sits at +35, a high score in any industry. The feedback from these surveys is shared and actioned by the business after every engagement. We pride ourselves on building a business that challenges everything and continually learns from its mistakes. Our support for our colleagues wellbeing, I believe is second to none, hence why this review stands out so much from all the others. Platforms like Glassdoor are important to offer insight into an organisation, but when a review is left that is so grossly inaccurate it’s important that we respond on behalf of our whole team.
