Pros
If you're able to manage your own work, you can have a positive experience. The staff is really supportive and are genuinely great people. They have your back and it creates a positive family environment. The owner does put his best foot forward to try to make sure the team has a work/life balance.
Cons
Their transition into experiential from traditional media is hit or miss. The senior level production staff are very qualified, the juniors portray a willingness to learn, but the executive level and up aren't as up to speed on the experiential side. There are a few people on full time staff who should be given MUCH more credit for their abilities and the way they carry their productions. The teams who are doing all of the work are severely underpaid and under appreciated where it counts. Team building is great but it doesn't make up for the lack of opportunity to build a solid portfolio and create upward mobility professionally.
