Pros
The company really takes care of their people, many activities in the office and outside, I've always felt like I had a second kinda family so it feels really nice in that sense. Work life balance is amazing as well and was always one of the primary reasons for me to stay.
Cons
Salary is low compared to other options, no bonus for years and the code quality and culture varies a lot from team to team, sometimes having some nightmare legacies and other times nice projects.
