Pros
When I first got hired, the company had a high trust, high reward culture. Managers and directors are fantastic people. They had a great culture to develop individuals, especially at the SDR level.
Cons
Do not work here. Culture is terrible, and benefits are one of the worst. Since graitec took over ASTI, the culture as become incredibly toxic. They bully people and micromanage everyday aspects and don't let us do our business. They set expectations that have never been clearly defined or asked before and penalize you for such. At one point, we lost access to all our data due to a poor data migration. We were down for the entire month of June and some of July. They still held us to our numbers, with no compensation or apologies, and did nothing for our commission checks that month. Many of us were penalized heavily for missing that month even though there was nothing we could do
