Pros
They really aren’t too particular on who they hire. Relatively easy to get a job. they shed a lot of good engineers, so the need for new blood is high.
Cons
Knowledge is power and principals horde it. In many cases its kept at their homes, in violation of GD Corp policy. Management seems dominated by one principal,person, whom they continually complain about but are terrified to cross. This is common knowledge, everyone pretends the naked emperor is well dressed.
