      - Generally amazing people throughout the organization. - Job security.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets to work on exciting projects. Lack of growth opportunities -- favouritism from leadership Design community has fallen completely since loosing main players. BBC folks don't understand that government services should work for everyone.

      Pros

      Work with great individuals and are all doing great work on One Login. The culture here is also great, best civil service organisation I’ve worked in and are committed to supporting your development, although sometimes finding time for training is difficult

      Cons

      Wish we had more benefits but understandably limited as it’s civil service
