Pros

Pay comes on time, fixed shifts, nice diverse colleagues. The company really cares about delivering quality customer service.

Cons

Poor management and leadership system. Did a massive lay-off in September 2024 due to mismanagement of funds by said management. So many employees were left stranded without a job and nothing.
