Thank you so much for sharing your experience at GovStrive. It truly means a great deal to hear that you felt supported by your managers and teammates, and that the people around you made a positive difference in your day-to-day work. Creating an environment where individuals feel cared for and respected is something we genuinely strive for, so your words really resonate with us. We appreciate you being open with us in sharing your challenges. We understand that moving between contracts can bring a lot of change, and we truly appreciate the flexibility and commitment that make those transitions successful. These shifts are a natural part of government contracting, and we approach them with the goal of keeping our team supported, employed, and growing. We remain dedicated to helping employees feel grounded and encouraged throughout each step of their journey with us. Your feedback on compensation is equally important. We know the cost of living can vary widely, and we are committed to reviewing our pay practices to ensure they stay fair and competitive for the markets we operate in. If possible, I would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you. Maintaining a positive work environment where current and former employees are allowed to professionally express their thoughts is critical to our success. You can reach me directly at clinton.jones@tbifederal.com or by phone at 478-239-6868. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate the contributions you made while you were with us and sincerely wish you all the best in what comes next.
