Pros
The fact that you get a paycheck every 2 weeks.
Cons
The major drawback of this company lies in the CEO's approach, attempting to be excessively involved in every department and assuming the role of a manager in each. Transparency was lacking from the beginning of my tenure. Despite being assigned to a department, I discovered there was no designated manager; instead, a team member acted as an interim manager, indicating a lack of organizational structure. The CEO's idea of personally taking charge of departments and scheduling 1-1 meetings with employees seemed promising, but he never attended the meetings when I started. He even missed the team meetings he assigned to our department, revealing a lack of leadership competence. His inconsistency, frequent changes of mind, and constant desire for the spotlight mirrored the troubling traits seen in CEOs of companies like WeWork and Uber, highlighting a concerning dictatorial mindset.
