      Pros

      Very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Friendly and smart people always willing to help you learn. They do anything to make you feel comfortable and at home. You just need to do your part. If you're excel there's a legitimate chance of employment.

      Cons

      At least in the intern position, there were days were they had just nothing for me to do. You need to be proactive
