More team meetings, better visibility on inventory/produciton

There are no pros to list, none whatsoever.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had, not just for me but for all the employees that worked there. Total disrespect and horrible treatment. The owner is a narcissist and yells at everyone. You are on edge every day. It is an unacceptable environment to work in. The highest turn over rate of any company I have ever worked for.
