They pay very bad for how physical the work is. They are very hard on there people. Almost all selectors are getting state help in some way because the wage is so bad for the area. Most of us are ready to leave and are just waiting for the economy to turn around. Now we know why this place is so profitable. Pay nothing and work your people to the bone.Hardest phsical job ever. Always taking pain meds. They dont care a bit. Bought florida buildingg and gave anual raise of 10 to 15 cents on top of an already terrible raise. Thanks ,I guess hard work does pay off...
