Pros
Seems like you can do what ever you want because no one ever checks on you unless you have a problem and customer calls into the office.
Cons
No project management system to help handle all of the paperwork, no training program, company will always tell you were wrong after the fact, but will never be there to try and help you when you had the problem. Everything is reactive never proactive prior to a situation happening.
Not much support for providing manpower to staff your projects, limited support staff to help with all of the paperwork it takes these days in construction.
