Work in the customer service department and They literally pick on every little thing. Seriously one comment from management thats a "space" was after the customer name so marked down. They don't pay enough to mirco manage staff they way they do. So this was the reason I was marked down. Hi Blah , - that space after the comment. They are that bored so instead on sorting out they terrible services, messy processes and £3 useless coupons they give out as compensation. They worrying about things that don't matter which is super dumb.
