Pros
- Unlimited PTO and sick time -Very diverse, racially and LGBT wise.
Cons
-Upper management is awful. Business practices change on a whim, with the reasoning being "We're a startup! Innovative changes are to be expected!" -Upper management rarely ever comes into the building, with the very obvious notion that they're superior to you, as they can't even open their mouths to say "Hello". -Expectations for GMs and SLs are completely ridiculous, and usually unattainable, which they would know if they ever came into the building. -Despite the fact that the delivery drivers are the backbone of this company, they don't care about them AT ALL. Weeks, upon weeks, upon weeks... driver paychecks are missing money, or missing ENTIRELY, and GoPuff upper management reprimands us when we try to help the drivers with their scheduling and pay concerns, telling us its "not our problem". -Salary is terrible. For all of the work that is required of an SL, the compensation is laughable. It's even more pathetic as a base level warehouse associate, starting at only $13 an hour. GoPuff's biggest competitors are paying of up to $18 hr entry level. Meanwhile, multiple people in upper management are making $100k+ a year? The balance is ridiculously off.
