      Pros

      Absolutely nothing. The company is utterly disorganized without proper leadership.

      Cons

      As a former GM, I can say without a doubt, this job will burn you out faster than you can blink your eyes. GM's who actually do their job are under appreciated and ridiculed by upper management. RM's and above are absolutely useless to those "on the ground/in the field".

      - Horrendous regional/corporate leadership delivery on promises. - Company directives change by the week. - Had 7 different regional directors in 3 years. - Quarterly layoffs, you just wait for an email. -
