Salary Disparities - Technician Gopher Resource Employee Review

This job is dangerous. We break down and recycle automobile batteries. The chemicals released from this process are not healthy. Our families will probably file for compensation after we die like those Camp LeGune commercials that come on late at night, and make no mistake, the company makes MILLIONS since not many are willing to take the risk. But the worst part of all is that we have an office in Minnesota where the guys do the exact same jobs as us and they get paid $37 per hour while we only make $20. Huge slap in the face. The union is a joke because they have a “no strike” clause in the union contract so we can’t even fight for equal pay.
