Pros

Great community and coworkers. Family-like environment.

Cons

The Pay is a big con. As a warehouse associate, you operate industry equipment while also helping customers and bringing in donations, and consistently switching out Gaylords in the donation door and warehouse area, practically working two jobs in one. Doing all of this only gives you $13 an hour. Management often promises a raise by the end of the year, but then it gets delayed until the next year.
