Gained a lot of varied experience Keeps you busy all day Flexible hours Learn many skills during training

Cons

Strict micro-management Can be unaccommodating to injury, sickness, death in the family, disability, etc. Watched through cameras by management and above at all times Many broken essentials in the store that took months to get fixed (phone, case doors, equipment) Work standards raised while employee numbers lessened

I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

Cons

The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
