      Friendly coworkers. Friendly environment. Decent pay for the responsibilities you hold.

      Cons

      Not a set shift. Usually have to work days and nights. Hours are strange sometimes.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
