Pros
Great place to work lots of opportunity for growth, helped me become independent and comfortable in many different situations. So young feel like I've experienced great things that have made me a solid and well rounded member of management.
Cons
Training unfortunately with any non-profit will all be hands on which in terms will lead you to learn more from your mistakes than from training the key to making here is to never feel discouraged when making your mistakes and take them as what they are, a learning experience.
