Pros
Some of the staff are nice people. The location is nice in Torrance, CA.
Cons
This is hands down without a doubt the worst company I had ever worked for. There is absolutely no company structure, no accountability for anybody to complete their jobs in any timely manner or complete their responsibilities correctly, no training for new hires, management has no experience being managers and is not in tune with what the issues are at the company or what is currently happening and many employees are in positions that are not suited for their skill set. The management needs to step up and get training and many of the staff need to be reconsidered for their positions. The amount of stress and headaches that happen at this company are not worth it.
