Pros
The entire team is really friendly and easy to get along with. The office team transitioned to working 100% from home. Before that, the office space was awesome - beanbag chairs, neon signs, pink desk chairs, and pets were welcomed! There was a state of the art coffee machine for product testing or personal coffees for employees and lots of new products to try! Many team members would walk to lunch together during the week. Employees are involved in the new product development process and their opinions are valued and sought after. The mylk is delicious and employees receive free product monthly. The team is small so the contributions of a single individual can really make an impact. The CEO is really committed to the health and wellness values of the company and lives those out in her daily life. She is friendly, driven, and decisive. She also genuinely cares about employees and will take the time recommend remedies if someone is feeling sick.
