NO Pros in this organisation. A listed company but is basically run by family and friends .

Depending on the department you work for, the culture can be very different. Culture of micromanagement. Management competence is questionable. Some middle managers has condescending attitude towards staff which has caused high turnover that was seen while i was there.

Other department colleague are great expect HR department

1. micromanage and bias toward different employee 2. HR department not professional 4. keep apply leave or medical will cause our performance to be poor even thou you manage to complete your task on time. there's alot more cons but too much to list it, join at your own risk. other colleague are great just not HR department as you will not want to suffer your mental health.
