- Great set of team - Great talented set of people to work with - A lot of learning as new problem sets keep pushing you to do more
Cons
- No focus on design-approach even after being a Post-Series A startup - More encouragement to hacks all over places - Bad development practices being followed & more focus on implementation at faster pace asap, making every work you do considered as priority - Bad communication process between Management and Employees - Trying too many things at once and not being able to know what the real identity is.
