Pros
I worked at Goodbody for several years in a senior role. The staff are nice in general and the office is lovely
Cons
There are serious morale issues that management has never properly addressed. There is a tendency to over-hire in good years leading to rounds of redundancy when the growth slows. As a result, staff tend to be nervous of change and rumors spread unchecked.
