Pros
GoodPop is a great place to work. The whole team is hardworking, friendly, and easy to get along with. The benefits are great for a company of this size (insurance, 401k with match). The culture is very laid back and friendly - everyone seems happy to come to work every day. The company is in a very exciting stage, growing very fast with great things ahead.
Cons
Nothing major, just the normal challenges that come with rapid growth. Things can change quickly and you have to be flexible, but everyone works together well to overcome challenges.
