While we cannot comment on specific personnel changes, we take the concerns you raised seriously, especially those related to leadership and communication. Over the past year, we have made significant efforts to improve internal communication, and foster a culture of transparency and trust. We understand that in the past, there was a disconnect between leadership and some of the other teams in the company, and we’re actively working to bridge that gap.
Regarding compensation and bonuses, we introduced a company-wide bonus program to provide additional compensation for everyone. However, we recognize that our communication around this could have been clearer, and the lack of complete information eroded some trust. We sincerely apologize for this. We have made progress in how we communicate important decisions, and continue to work on improving this further.
We deeply regret that your experience with us did not reflect the values we strive for, and we’re sincerely sorry for any distress or frustration it caused.
