Dynamic and fast growing company, with a cool product. Decent salaries and good life-work balance. Access to a well being service.
Cons
Despite educating other companies on the importance of personal growth and talent development, D&I and wellbeing, little is done internally to apply what we sell. Leadership is incredibly non-diverse. Talent development programs and coaching culture almost not existing. There is no L&D strategy.
