      Pros

      There has always been many really smart people, making it a pleasure to work with and learn from them. The office is located in Karlin, which is a good location.

      Cons

      The following facts depict the current situation of the company in general: - Several VPs decided to leave the company in the last months. - Two waves of layoffs occurred in 2023, during which a significant percentage of employees were let go. In some departments, people are systematically overloaded (even before layoffs). There are a few toxic and insidious individuals that it is better to avoid.

      -Flexible, WFH environment. -Nice people

      Cons

      -CEO changes course monthly and does not listen to market feedback. Constant layoffs and reorgs. -Product is not up to par to the industry standards.
